(scope)
Living exhibition examining the sustainability and long-term economic implications of state-sponsored branding and agricultural identity.
(what we did)
Axle served as lead producer and experience curator, designing an interactive exhibit that interrogated how state-sponsored narratives shape cultural identity, economic positioning, and public memory.

• We integrated agricultural historians, culinary and cultural practitioners, exhibition designers, and community facilitators to surface the layered relationship between heritage and economic strategy.

• Through immersive storytelling and facilitated dialogue, the exhibit positioned identity not as static legacy, but as an active lever in shaping sustainable economic futures.
(impact)
Recontextualized state-sponsored branding within broader conversations on cultural identity and economic sustainability. The exhibit informed fundraising strategy and strengthened heritage-centered economic positioning through a publicly engaged, narrative-driven approach.
